Pump may be sucking air. I would remove the oil pan and check the pick up tube connection to the pump for bad oring or loose bolts.

Did you flush the coolant with a kit? Did you back flow the coolant? And one more question. Did you flush it with water hose or something with more pressure?

Clean the MAF first with MAF cleaner as it could be dirty . The O2s may be contaminated or lazy . The O2s may be falsely reporting or switching too slow . Does it run better when you first crank it up in morning ?

Not likely. Most likely thru the head gasket, manifold gasket or a crack on the head, manifold or block. Needs to back track, do your work again looking for tel tale signs of where it leaked.

Check the fuses, or maybe a vacuum line to the unit is clogged or loose, if it has one.

Check out your idle sensor on your throttle body, had the same problem on my '06 4.6 liter..

cruise controls are controlled by the following switches and sensors 1 the switch itself 2-- the clutch pedal sensor or the VSS in the auto transmission 3 the brake sensor ---4-- the gear change switch or selector 5-- the engine speed sensor ( tacho) 6-- the road speed (VSS ) if 1 or a combination is not working or is outside parameters , the cruise control will not switch on the road speed in a manual is set at around 20 mph and any less will not engage cruise control(CC) changing gears in a manual will disengage CC touching the clutch pedal will not allow engagement or will disengage CC for some sensors run the fault codes

If automatic most likely lingage between transmission and shift lever. possible bushings associated with and possibley the shift lever pivot bushing if it's "sloppy". Similar if, Standard but could be broken shift fork inside transmission.

go to 2002 ford f150 owners manual and download it free from ford then go inside the manual to road side emergencies the fuse diagrams for the passenger and power distribution box are there and so is the fuse location also check for fuel inertia switch in case you got hit and press the reset button in and the car will start again

could be E.G.R. valve or a clogged catalytic does the truck loose power after running good then it dies look at these two items is the front catalytic real hot and the back one cooler if so the back ones clogged and the exhaust is building up & the motor can't keep running because there is exhaust that can't get out is your check engine light on and if not do you see it come on when you first turn the key if you don't the bulbs burned out every time you first turn the key to the on position all the dash lights come on because the computer is running a self test on itself then when the engine e is running these lights go out unless some things wrong then the stay on if your check engine light was on for a while the bulbs burned out go to auto zone get some bulbs to fix them and ask them to read your trouble codes with a scanner they will do it for free and tell you all that is wrong then you can start fixing it without wasting$$$$$$$$$$$$$
