IF it wont start with ether, the issue is timing. It could be the crank sensor is bad.

Well it comes on as a bulb test then should go off once the engine starts.

Ya got a sticky intake valve

Assuming it is full of fluid, normally I would say its a pressure problem inside the trans. But is it possible the shift linkage is not back together correctly ??

Remove the coil wire off the center post of the distributor cap, insert a small piece of metal into the end and hold it approx. 1/4 " away from dist. cap post. Hold the cable ,not the metal. Have someone briefly crank the engine over and observe the gap in between .

Intake manifold gasket.

Timing needs to be checked. If your engine has a distruber, check to make sure its tight.

try tightening battery terminal or remove and clean, check for loose connection, refit connector and tighten properly.

Check the sheet metal on the floor in the area of the clutch pedal and cylinder mount. There is a TSB regarding the floor cracking in that area.
