Recently I replace the ac and heat switch and
There is. You'll have to find and eliminate the short to ground. If the short wasn't there before you replaced the switch then it probably happened when you replaced the switch or reconnected the radio.

Transmission slips back and forth
That is almost as much fluid as they normally have in them so I would definitely say it was low. Attempting to drive a vehicle with the fluid level that low could cause damage to internal components.
You also need to make sure that you didn't overfill it. Most automatic transmissions are checked with the engine running and at operating temperature.
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and block the wheels.
2. Start the engine and let it reach operating temperature. (upper radiator hose hot)
3. Pull the dip stick out and wipe it off.
4. Reinsert the stick and then remove it again.
The fluid level should be at the "full" mark on the stick. If it is lower, then carefully add fluid (a little at a time) until it is full. If it is above the full mark, then the fluid must be removed until it is corrected.
Disconnect a transmission line (usually the lower one) and position a drain pan under it. Start the engine and let some of the fluid go into the pan. Reconnect the line and recheck the fluid using the above procedure. Repeat this process until the fluid level is correct. If this does not correct the problem, then internal damage is indicated and transmission service is required. I hope this information is helpful. Thank you for using Fixya.com. If a different procedure for checking the fluid is required, then it will usually say so on the dip stick.
