The car was running fine i parked it turned it off

it could be your starter...try getting someone to try starting it while you hit the starter with a hammer or something...if there's a flat spot on your started that'll get you through for now...but you'll need a new one soon.

My battery on my 1989 Crown Vic keeps dying when

Something is draining your battery when the car is off. Are your headlights coming on on their own when the car is parked? Sometimes the spring becomes weak in the switch and the headlight flash comes on and stays on. Try parking the car with the switch in the high beam position, closest to the dashboard. If you have a multi tester, go through the circuits at the fuse box with the keys out of the ignition and see if anything is drawing a lot of power, You will need to remove the fuse to do this.

My gas gauge is inop, any solutions?

The fuel pump in the tank has a high and low resistance setting on it. Sometimes this quit working and won't read anymore. Have you replaced the pump lately? The pump could still work even though the mechanism went bad.

WHEN I PRESS HE GAS.. I HEAR EXAUST NOISE

It could be the exhuast gasket causing the noise. But, it most likely has a leak in the exhaust pipe somewhere. Over time the pipes rust. They do make an exhaust pipe tape that can be bought from a parts store. I've used it before, just locate the leak and wrap the tape around it. (Follow instructions on the box to make sure it's done right.)

Small oil leak coming from trans area

cant help you with the radio that sound like a wiring problem and thoose are hard to diagnose over a computer but the oil problem... if the oil is comming from the back of the engine were the trans meets then the rear main seal is leaking. You can do one of two things. Yo u can pull the trans and replace the seal on the engine or you can go to a parts store and get a bottle of "LUCAS" oil stop leak it will seal it up for you. and for the next 3 oil changes make sure you put a bottle in the oil. this will not harm the engine or any other componants in the car. i recomend "LUCAS" brand because its the only stop leak i've ever seen work so fast and i've never had anyh comebacks at my shop for this problem

The outside door handles do not open the door on front doors

You probably have a linkage rod disconnected. Don't stress out! Remove clips with flat screwdriver, remove other hold down hardware & expose the area in question. Check for repairs needed. You may have to disconnect wiring connections to get panel out of the road. Good luck!
