You have a vacuum leak. Did you use new intake manifold gaskets and torque the bolts according to the spec? Did you get all of the vacuum lines back on in the right places?

All power locks not working on 2000 Ford Explorer.
Check the door unlock relay located in the AUX relay box #2 .
Auxiliary Relay Box #2, 2 Door w/Electronics Group

You need to take rear trim panel off to view this relay box. There is a seperate relay for lock

No reverse lights, overdrive off doesnt work or daytime running lights
you need to remove the battery and check each connection from the circuit, test the feed from the live wire on the battery to the fuse just to find the pole on the fuse then the other end is where you need to put the matter, then check to ground any earth on the vehicle with ignition on, if it beeps on metter or goes 000 then it grounded and you need to up plug the connection to each electrical unit on its path to find the grounded wire or unit. check the reversing lights and the feed to the daytime lights. the day time light will have a main wire off the ignition to a relay so when the ignition is turned on the lights will come on. check this relay as some relays have a resister in them for the lights them self only if this is shorted replace the relay.

2000 ford explorer limited edition I bought one
Well you could chase it forever due to it blowing back when driving. I would take it to a car wash and wash if off real well underneath and drive it back home. It will show exactly where it's coming from.
