Flywheel keeps breaking

By breaking I assume you mean into pieces? The only thing that would cause this is a badly misaligned transmission. Any other problems would cause such vibration you would not drive the vehicle .

Turn key lost all power

Clean and tighten battery cable connections and check battery ground, engine ground-should be a ground strap from engine to the body or frame. If this happens and you have nothing, no headlights, nothing-it's almost certainly a problem at or right off the battery.

Have a 89 ford ranger all lights work except brake

It could be the turn signal switch, since the brake wire travels through the turn switch after it leaves the brake switch and then goes to the bulbs. That is how you get a steady brake light on one side, and a blinking light on the turning side. The rear turn signal lights and brake lights share the same filament in the bulbs (and the same wire). The wire on the turning side has to first travel through the flasher relay. If you have a test light, first check for power out of the brake light switch with the pedal depressed. Then check for power in and power out at the turn switch connector-power in on the brake light wire and power out on either of the wires going to the rear bulbs-if no power out, the turn switch is bad-brake pedal still depressed so you still have the signal.

Truck wont start

Check for spark at the distributor if no spark check or replace coil pack. also check to see distributor is turning while engine cranking, if not, possible worn out or broken gear tooth on shaft inside engine. if distributor turns, check for burnt or worn out points and/or contacts on distributor cap.

My starter motor does not shut off after the truck has started what can I do?

I had a similar problem with an older f-series. The dealer suggested a bunch of different options, of course none were guaranteed and most were expensive. Instead of the repairs you already did, and a few others, I decided to put in a toggle switch that ran direct power from the battery to the starter. Just had to turn the key to "run" and flip the switch. If you do this be advised, you have to flip the switch off immediately after the engine fires up, (and don\'t put the toggle switch where it can be bumped by accident) Worked great for years, and the one person who tried to steal the truck gave up because he couldn\'t start it. Still have the truck, farm beater now, but it still starts. Good luck.
