Car is a lemon
Sorry about your problem this in all respects should be sold or traded away if it were me. But I am thinking you have a shorted wire or loose connector, under your hood pertaining to Power supply this is why the Ecm DOES NOT RECORD IT the power is out. Just crank your car set emergency brake, make sure it is in park. While it is running wiggle every connection you see very roughly to see if you can make the car die this is where i would start in the garage. Also it sounds like many autos ive done before that were previous flood vehicles you may check into this as well do this and get back to me for further help if you do not find your problem i think you will just wiggle and make sure every connection is pressed together firmly. Thanks in advance please remember to rate and leave testimonial this is

i have a similar problem. my check engine light came on i place the computer on it and received two codes. one was for emission and the other for a vent system. there are two small sensors behind the driver side rear wheel. it is covered by a plastic and there is also a black box. between the wheel and the black box. these are the bad sensors we must replace. sensors are about $ 150.00 black box is $ 350 or so. while replacing the sensor be carefull if you damage the dreads on the black box housing you will spend the $350 for a new box. good luck
Ran out of gas
Put some gas in, a couple gallons should do. Turn the key on.....not the engine. Listen to the quick hum from the fuel pump. Turn key off. Follow this procedure abt 10 times then start up the car.
