Brake switch fuse keeps blowing

replace your brake pressure switch on the master cylinder and that should take care of your problem.

Fuse? Not on the year of your truck, You have a relay called inertia switch. The switch should be on the driver side firewall and it will be a red button

Have any of you stopped to think that the Thermostadt may B bad especially after flushing the radiator replacing the heator cor Duh!!!! Rplace the Thermostadt it will more then likley do the trick. When the thermostadt goes out you will experiamce hot radiators no heat . ect.... first thing 95% of the people that experiance this replace the heator core first . no that you have elemanated the least obvious do the most

Wont shift into 4wd automatically or manually

I would say the shift actuator my have gone bad. You should check all your fuses for the four wheel drive system with a test light or voltmeter. If their all good see if you can get your hands on a scan tool to check for a code. A four wheel drive problem may not illuminate the check engine light but the computer may still store a code.
