No start, no full pressure ,no power at shut off switch. why .?

full = fuel? ok, you turn the key, and the cluster lights up. warning lamps this is the power on test for the lamps and CEL for ecu alive if they are dead, that means you lost 12vdc power that is a blown fuse or a dead battery or corrosion on connections from battery to fuse boxes. if you have $10 volt meter this is easy, if not , not.

If the plug and coil are good and you have good compression you should probably replace the cylinder 8 fuel injector.

Why doesnt control f150 ford turn from heat to ac on f150 ?

It is possible that your control head is not working properly. The center knob( temperature control ) may be positioning the temperature door to full heat. If you have all of the directional flows and the off position, this is probably the problem. You can remove the control head easily by removing the cover plate by pulling outward evenly at the control face. This will reveal 4 screws that hold the control in place. Remove screws and pull slightly out on the control head(do not pull out far as you could damage electrical connections and/ or vacuum connection. Temperature switch is held on by a single screw on the back of the control. remove screw, turn counter clockwise and pull control from the knob that is now holding the switch in place. Replace switch and assemble back into the dash, locate flat on the knob and the switch, align and press into place. If you are in the South east Michigan area I will be glad to assist.
