A/c has full freon but the compressor clutch wont
On the low pressure line of the ac you have a pressure switch which allows the compressor to come on once a certain pressure is reached, and it will cut the compressor off if the pressure is too high or too low. Look at your ac hose and find the switch *you will see wires connected to it* you may need to replace this switch. You can use a test light to see if you are getting power to the switch. You should check you fuses, and the ac relay witch is usually in a black plastic box under the hood.
A/c has full freon but

HOPE THIS HELPS
When i put car i revers it reves high then stalls.
Lack of power and a vehicle running rough can be caused by one of two very common problems. One is a leak in the air duct between the air filter and the throttle body. This will generally make the car also hard to start. The other is a leak from rubber hoses connecting the intake to the PCV valve at the crankcase causing a vacuum leak. This will normally cause the vehicle to rev when in park and when first put in gear. More serious problems such as a misfire from a bad coil pack or a blown head gasket can also cause the vehicle to lose power and run poorly but these are not as common.
My crown vic is overheating
Maybe the reason for not seeing any loss of coolant could be because it is leaking internally, take it to a garage for tests.
I have a 1997 crown victoria it just turn over but
does it kinda start or just turns over? check for fuel pressure. do this by putting key in on position and then checking to see if any gas will come out of the shradder valve (located on the fuel rail). if there is no gas coming out. fuel pump is dead. check to see if you are getting power to the fuel pump before ou rip it out...might be a busted wire going to the fuel pump
Ac use to work fine up until now. I don't know if
When you say the ac is not working, do you mean the blower or the compressor is not engaging. If the compressor is not engaging, the system is low on refrigerant and needs to be checked for leaks and recharged. If the blower is not working, it will most likely be the resistors in the multiple speed switch.
My brake lights are not working nor are my turing
Look @ the electrical schematics in a book covering your vehicle. Follow ALL wires leading to the rear or wear and tear. Fix all that you find,as you may be grounding out somewhere. If this doesnt fix it,or if the iring looks fine, then you have a fusible link in the same wiring that needs replaced. You can DIY for about $10.
My egr vaulv i dnt knw how to change it on my
It unbolts from the throttle body and the pipe is screwed into it. But are you sure you need one. They rarely go bad. Usually if you have a check engine light on for the egr valve it is because of a bad DPFE sensor or a plugged passage in the throttle body.
Need help finding the ignition module on a 97 ford
There is no ignition module. The ignition coils are controlled directly by the Powertrain control module (computer) located inside the vehicle above the drivers left foot and connected to the engine wiring harness thru the firewall
