How to fix a cluct fork in a 96 ford mustang

Did you check your fluid level? If this is on a Borg Warner World Class T5 transmission the check/fill hole will be on the passenger side of the transmission. Unscrew the bolt and check. Fluid should be even with bolt hole. If not fill it with ATF. Yes they use ATF. Fill it up to bolt hole(fill it til you spill it) and replace bolt.

Relay on 96 mustang

I am not sure exactly what your question is, but the relays in your mustang are located on either the under hood fuse box or the CCRM, which is located in the passenger side fenderwell. To do a bench test on one to see if its working, simply locate the relay in question and unplug it.Look on it's side and you will see its schematic with numbers at either end of two symbols. One symbol will be a straight line with a circle at either end and the other will be a circle with a line running from it at 45 degrees with a circle underneath it when that line ends. Get two wires and attach one to your cars battery positive and negative terminals. The pins on the bottom of the relay are numbered. Match the 2 pins that match the numbers for the symbol with the straight line with a circle at each end(numbers will be next to the circles) and touch one wire to one pin and the other wire to the other pin. You should hear an audible click. If you do then the relay is good, if not the relay is bad.

The tail light assy is a 3 bulb on a 1996 mustang

This is the only diagram I could find for tail-lamps. The top wires are voltage, the bottom wire is ground. The brown color wire is voltage for tail lamps. The other color wire is turn or stop, depending. The turn and lower brake lites use the same bulb filament, just not at the same time. The lower brake lites are wired through turn signal switch. I don't know if diagram matches what you have? I looked at several, all showed the same thing. tail lamps-fdyqmfjpxw2gi550jgvwf5zy-2-0.jpg

1996ford mustang v-6 5speed if headlight switch pull out is bad will it cause battery to discharge?

As long as the lights do not stay on, a broken switch should not drain the battery. Why don't you pull the fuse on the headlights and taillights?

Since it sounds like you also carried over the OBD2 connector, do you have access to an OBD2 scan tool with datastream mode? If so, you should be able to monitor various sensors to see if that offers a clue as to why it stalls. When it just spins over have you checked for spark, fuel, and injector pulse width?

How do you adjust an electronic clutch on a 96 Mustang GT 4.6 L V8

There is no such thing as an electronic clutch. Assuming your talking about the clutch associated with the transmission. The clutch is engaged via a cable going from the clutch itself to the clutch pedal through the firewall. There is also a clutch quadrant under the dash (attached to the pedal) that is self adjusting. If this goes bad then you need to replace it. What is the issue your experiencing?
