It starts and after driving it will not start again

The problem is related to an electrical component getting hot. When the component gets hot, something is expanding and creating the problem. It could be your coil pack or the ignition control module.

Is transmission fluid pan accessable from underneath car?

Yeah, that's how it is done. Use jackstands or blocks under car. Raise enough that you can work comfortably underneath. The pan is on the very bottom of the transaxle. Loosen all pan bolts a turn or two, then remove bolts from one end, letting pan start lowering, catch fluid with drain pan. When fluid level in the pan gets low, finish removing all pan bolts, and pull the pan off. Filter is right there underneath the pan.

We have a 1995 ford escort 1.9L it has spark the timing is ok it has a new crank sencor the starter is good and so is the altantor has new spark plugs but it will not start

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

My car does not turn over

Is your battery fully charged? (do any lights work.) If so, do you hear a loud-ish 'click' when you turn the key to start it? If so, check to make sure your battery cables are connected tightly. You may also change your starter solinoid if need be.

Ford failed MOT on High CO emission

High CO usualy means the O2 sensors are not reading properly. Take it to a parts store that can read codes, I know Auto Zone does in my area. If it is the O2 sensor it is an easy fix but the sensors run about $50.00 each.
