How many quarts of oil do i put in my 2006 crown victoria police interceptor
1) In the glove box is supposed to be a book listing the owner;'s manual listing all the capacities, among other things.
However, if you have none, perhaps it was a police car, which would explain why there was none.
2) The capacity would have been 5 quarts, which would have included the oil in the oil filter, which you would also change.

I believe the brake relay is in the power fuse box in the engine compartment. But the lighting control module fuse in the interior fuse box -- it controls a lot of different systems. Depending on what model year, there were a few small fuses that worked on lighting...

`Get the wiring schematic of the 2008 crown vic and the schematic for the radio from the donor vehicle, look for the radio wiring in each schematic and hok up accordingly.

How much would a rear alignment be for a Crown Victoria?
I've never heard of a rear-end alignment on a Crown Victoria. The car is a rear wheel drive which means it has a solid rear axle assembly in it. The only way to get a rear-end alignment is if your vehicle has an independent rear suspension setup.
Fender removal
This should be pretty straight forward, except that depending on year model you may need to disarm the airbags to be safe. Start by removing the inner fender (not absolutely required but helps I think), then bolts in headlamp area, then bolts hidden between door and fender which you get to by having the door open, then bolt at bottom edge of fender, then bolts along top edge of fender, then two or more right in cowl area, and carefully lift off, making sure to retain any shims you find which were used for alignment. Tape these and mark their location for reuse.
