Evap leak
your caravan has a system to control fumes from the gas tank .. any evaporating fuel is absorbed into a canister .. that is connected to a evap/purge solenoid in the engine compartment that directs the fumes to be burned in the engine once its running .. .. the problem can be as simple as a damaged or leaking or wrong type gas cap .. if the gas cap doesnt seal well then air can be drawn into the evaporitive control system ... also if any of the hoses from the evap/purge solenoid to the canister (located near the gas tank) are cracked or loose, you will get the same results .. some of these hoses are rubber .. some are hard plastic .. sometimes they come loose at the canister and need a clamp added ... the evap/purge solenoid could also be bad but much more likely the gas cap is just bad, bent or wrong ..
CHECK ENGINE SCANNER READS PO442
small leak detected needs to have a smoke machine hooked up. The leak is very small and undetectable to the eye or ear. Before you spend the money for the test, (and the repair is usually cheap) make sure your gas cap is tight and that the seal has no breaks. The most comon cause of "small leak detected" is the gas cap.

Emissions failure due to an evap code
Your emission sensors seem to be just a 'spec' out of normal (I would not call them defective!), but it could also be tainted fuel. Just to pass test I would buy the gas treatment at your local auto parts specifically for emission testing. Ask them at the counter. It will get you passed.
I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 with a V-8 4.7 engine
The leak in your evap system is very small at .020. It is more than likely a small split in a hose somewhere. The cap is probably ok, we rarely find a bad one. If it is a small split in a hose it will only get larger over time. Here is the factory info on the code. We have found that alot of these leaks are from a small hose on the evap canister under the vehicle, but with out looking at your vehicle it is hard to say. If the leak goes away or is no longer large enough to be detected, your light will go out after a few days. These leaks are emmissions related and will not effect the integrity of the vehicle. I would have it checked and corrected if the light stays on at your convienience.
Symptom List:
P0442-EVAP LEAK MONITOR MEDIUM (0.040) LEAK DETECTED
P0455-EVAP LEAK MONITOR LARGE LEAK DETECTED
P0456-EVAP LEAK MONITOR SMALL (.020) LEAK DETECTED
Test Note: All symptoms listed above are diagnosed using the same tests.
The title for the tests will be P0442-EVAP LEAK MONITOR
MEDIUM (0.040) LEAK DETECTED.
When Monitored and Set Condition:
P0442-EVAP LEAK MONITOR MEDIUM (0.040) LEAK DETECTED
When Monitored: Immediately after a cold start, with battery/ambient temperature
between 40° F and 90° F and coolant temperature within 10° F of battery/ambient.
Set Condition: If there is a leak larger than 0.0409 and smaller than 0.0809 in the
evaporative system.
P0455-EVAP LEAK MONITOR LARGE LEAK DETECTED
When Monitored: Immediately after a cold start, with battery/ambient temperature
between 40° F and 90° F and coolant temperature within 10° F of battery/ambient.
Set Condition: There is a leak larger than 0.0809 in the evaporative system.
P0456-EVAP LEAK MONITOR SMALL (.020) LEAK DETECTED
When Monitored: Immediately after a cold start, with battery/ambient temperature
between 40° F and 90° F and coolant temperature within 10° F of battery/ambient.
Set Condition: There is a leak larger than 0.0209 and smaller than 0.0409 in the
evaporative system.

Engine running rough
It sounds like maybe yu have a fuel filter that getting plugged up.
To check this, see if you can remove it from the engine, then very carefully blow thru it in the direction the fuel travels, if clean you should be able to blow thru it easily, if not then replace.
The P132 is (E132) .................. Knock Sensor Circuitry Failure .... The knock sensor is what prevent engine ping from low octane. ...
It could also be you just got some bad gas.
You also might try topping off the tank with gas from another place and bring the octane level up if that is the problem.
Hope this helps
Good luck
Engine runing rough
This code is most likely not related to the problem, it sounds like you may have picked up some contaminated gasoline, maybe has water in it or other like dirt.
2002 dodge ram 1500 flashing red light and dead
When you disconnected the battery, you tripped the alarm which locked down everything. In your owners manual, look under the security or alarm system. It will tell you how to disarm your particular alarm system. If I am not mistaken on these you put the key in the drivers door and lock and unlock it 2-3 times. If you do not have the owners manual, you can contact dodge and they will walk you through it.
2003 rattle from engine area
Well, there are many possiblilites. You need someone to rev up the van while someone else listens to the engine and see where it is coming from. Is it extremely loud, high pitched, etc? You could have a loose exhaust pipe or a number of things that could be loose. Probably a simple fix but I can't help you much more right now unless I get specifics about where the noise is coming from under the hood but you will probably find the problem on your own.
