1983 Dodge Diplomat Why does horn sound weak?

Try replacing the horn fuse or relay to make sure you're getting a good supply of power. Check wiring connections at the horn to make sure they're clean, not corroded, etc. Figure out where the ground wire from the horn (usually black) connects to the body or wiring harness and check that connection. A bad ground can cause the problem you describe.

My 1970 Dodge Dart 225 Slant Six died while making

seems like you are not getting fuel up to the carburetor, try pouring a tiny bit of gas into the carb, then crank it and see if it will attempt to start...have you checked your spark?, even though coil and all is new, make sure you are getting blue spark, (from your explanation I assume you know how to do this)
If it attempts to start after the mickey mouse trick of pouring the gas in the carb, then more than likely its your pump, thats a mechanical pump, not expensive, probably not hard to come by, also replace the fuel filter and any damaged lines you may see. a kink will also cause lack of fuel flow eventually causing a vacuum.
I hope this helps a bit.

1970 Dodge Dart 225 Slant

The carburetor spits when its flooded - so something must be wrong inside it. Since this is the second time it has stalled when turning left it appears that the level in the bowl is higher than it should so the mixture is way richer : turning left pushes the fuel to the left in the bowl, making the momentary level even higher over the jets so the mixture gets so rich that it can't be lighted anymore so the engine stalls.
You will have to dismantle the carburetor, check the float for leaks and readjust it before reassembling it. While you are there check the size of the jets, they might be larger than normal.

Trying to just keep front

I assume you are asking which resovoir in a split master cylinder is the one for the front brakes? It will almost always be the larger one if they are different sizes and that one will be closest to the firewall. (rearmost on the master cylinder)

1981 Dodge Diplomat runs 10

The mixture is too rich, the carburetor is badly adjusted.Check first that the level in the carburetor is the correct one, next check that the air jet is free of junk that could block it, next check that the idle system is working correctly and doesn't syphon the fuel and finally check that the acceleration pump isn't leaking .

I have a 2002 Dodge Durango 4.7 l with the coil pack spark plugs but I'm not getting spark what do I do

Start with the silly, obvious things first. Check the coils packs are the correct ones and are seated correctly. Check the wiring connectors are also seated correctly. Have you checked for spark on all of the coils? This will test to see if it is the coils themselves or further back in the ignition system. Have you had the vehicle scanned for OBD trouble codes? This will help find out if it's a sensor causing the issue. Next you need to check for voltage going to the coil packs. Check them all to make sure it isn't just one or two causing the issue. After this I would suggest getting a good Auto electrician to look at it as it could be an issue inside the vehicle's electronics.
