How do I get may gear shafter out of park. It will not movie. work fine before.

Two things can usually do this: steering wheel turned too hard to one side or the brake pedal switch is not installed correctly so it is not telling the computer that the brake pedal is being pressed.

If the trans fluid is low is there a sensor that will not allow it to start?

No. It will not allow it to move in gear, the transmission fluid has to be checked with the engine running while in park or neutral. Check to make sure that the transmission is ALL the way in park. The transmission range switch will not let the truck start if it sees that it is not in park.

Shifter moves freely, won't go into drive

Probably came loose from the shifter on the transmission. Dodge trucks are very prone to that problem.

How do I stop horn blowing

Pull off the wires! The horn will actuate from a relay which is one of the little black boxes on the fuse box. The power to this relay is usually supplied through a fuse, which will also be on the fuse box, and will be clearly marked on the fuse box cover. Pull the fuse or the relay and the horn will cut out. The most probable cause of the horn blowing is a short on the wire from the relay to the steering wheel, or possibly the wiper contact on the steering wheel. Don't confuse "wiper" with the windshield wipers. it is a small copper finger or carbon brush that makes contact between the horn button on the wheel with a slip ring under the wheel, which in turn is connected to the wire running to the relay. With modern cars, however, it is a bit of a gamble getting the steering wheel off, since the air bag could be in the way, and the last thing you want is to set off the air bag while you're working on the steering wheel. An airbag is basically an explosive device which can cause serious injury, so if you are not OK with doing such work, take it to a service agent.
