Have the codes checked. Nothing is plugged on this. You have a bad mode door motor or the controller is going bad. It could be wiring. But the only time I have fixed it was because a motor shorted and melted the plug to it. This usually doesn't happen.

Can depends if pulley pump was installed incorrectly or you have a bad rack. The best way to check if your pump is actually pumping is by crimping the return line with pliers careful not to cut it and listen for whine if no whine is heard pump is defective if whine is heard your rack and pinion is bad

there is likely a wire that goes from your brake pedal switch to the trailer brake controller this wire is probably broken or not hooked up. if it is hooked up and no wires are broken I would start making sure everything is hooked up right.

you need to take this to a shop. a flashing check engine light means that what set the light is causing harm either to the engine or the emission system. the lose of oil could be the truck burning oil if you have checked for oil leaks and have not found any.
