Where is vacum switch for 4x4 located
i had the same problem with my 1996 ram. I ended up having to change the vacuum actuator on the front axle .it is located on the axle to the right side of the differential housing . Mine actually had a pinhole rusted through. It is easier to replace the mounting bracket and the actuator at the same time .
Dodge engine diagram
I have no diagram but you have plugs at the back of engine as well as each side ...You will have to remove trans from engine in order to see the back plugs.....In other words ?......( Pull the Engine )...Brooks
Cruise control losing speed
Yes... After a few mph drop it will automatically give it more fuel and even downshift if neccessary.. Cars are heavy.. Need more fuel to go up hills
I cant get my abs light to go off.
When was the last time you had the brakes serviced? If the brake fluid is low this could be the problem. but just filling the res is not the answer.
Stop going into 4 wheel drive
Need way more info than that. There is a somewhat common problem where the rf axle splines wear out. Not sure if it affects trucks that old though.
What would cause no start after changing wires
does the engine turn over but not fire ? check for spark at plugs if have spark then check that the air filter and any pipe work to the air/fuel system is in good condition, no cracks or blockages etc if all looks ok then i would think it must be fuel related so check that the fuel pump is working and take it from there good luck
Tires leaning in
You should get it to a front end shop, automotive shop or to a mechanic because it could be the front end wearing out badly.
Exhaust leak
I don't see anyone giving you instructions to do auto repairs
Other than that, yes you should be able to do the exhaust, but need
the tools & if the studs are rusted or break, your in trouble
That said-- NO repair shop will do a better job than you will
Do some research on the internet about the problem your having
first
