Immobilizer problem

a 98 Golf should not have an immobilizer, at least not in the USA. Do you have a little key symbol that lights up in your instrument cluster?

My 1998 vw golf mk3 hazard lights wont turn off?

Replace the hazard swirch. I know on the Jetta, the hazard switch/indicator unit were all in one part of the hazard switch. Pull it out, unplug, plug in another one and see if it solves the problem.

I have this buzzing problem with my vw citi golf 1.4i

Not sure what model your car is,but try checking the two oil sender units, one located onthe side of the cylinder head[gearbox side]and the other on the oil filter housing. Also have a mechanic check oil pressure, should be+-2bar pressure at idle.If everything checks out, including the wiring, try another instrument cluster..Good luck

Buzzing problem from my citi golf chico dashboard

the buzzing is most likely the speedo cable ive had a few older cars that do this you might try having someone oil the cable if they can or you can as for the oil light it might be low oil pressure or a bad oil level sensor or even a dirty plug on the sensor
