Have 2000 Altima Nissan..doors will not stay
that is maybe because you have an auto lock in the car and so if you lock it manually while starting your car it basically unlocks. just leave it unlocked and then start the car and it will lock on its own. same for when you turn off the car get out and want to lock it just press the auto lock and dont lock it manually.
Is there a way to bypass my ac compressor on my
Not really. If the car was built without ac there might be an idler pulley used in place of the compressor. If the compressor has failed, you could get a used one and not have it charged with freon.

Tail light keeps on burning out after a few weeks or 2 months
How is the cars rear suspension. If its too stiff it could cause lights to fail. other things would be loose lens asm. water getting inside, stereo speakers in the trunk. poor contacts at the lamps socket, and even an alternator that's over charging. Also, sounds funny, but cheap bulbs too.
Wont start
Does it crank and not start or won't crank at all? If it won't crank at all then the starter or solenoid that fires it could be defective. Also if it won't crank could be the neutral safety switch in the transmission keeping it from starting. Is there an alarm on this car? Alarms (especially aftermarket ones) usually have a starter interrupt circuit that prevents the ignition switch from activating the starter when they are set. Factory alarms may prevent the ignition system from firing if they are set or defective. Anyone been doing "non-standard" wiring under the dash recently??? Check that first then check the large gauge wiring connections, starter, ignition switch wiring and alarm(s) in that order and you should find your problem. This issue can be fairly simple but can also quickly turn into an complicated electrical troubleshooting nitemare. You may want to consider having it towed to a reputable shop for professional attention.
