I have a 2004 Ford Freestar with 150,000 miles.

Hi, This could be a sign of lack of oil in the axle, if you could just check that out first & refill the axle that may fix problem. Should that not solve problem I think if you drive it home carefully it should hold out enough to get you home. Please leave me feed back: Malcolm Campbell, Thanks.

Have you had this wheel balanced? That sounds like the problem. It also could be loose lug nuts or possible a bad bearing.
