Hi TRUDY,HERE'S A LINK TO YOUR FIRING ORDER AND YOU DO HAVE DUAL SPARK PLUGS,I HAVE A 85 NISSAN TRUCK AND I DO TOO,HAVE DUAL COILS TOO,INTAKE AND EXHAUST SIDE.

Key it on and off 3 or 4 times. If it starts right up, the check ball is stuck, letting the fuel drain back to the tank. Like Tom said, fuel pump. If it were mine I would live with it till the pump started acting up.

I was able to locate this part for my 1992 S-15 through JC Whitney. Local wrecking yards had them, but I wanted new since there would be no idea how long a wrecking yard regulator would work. On the other hand, I found the problem not to be the regulator at all. It was the plastic clips that hold the glass in the track. Those can be had at any parts house. But putting them in so that they work is tricky. I left it to a repair shop after I tried twice and failed in both attempts.
