Catalytic converter problems
It depends on the problem. Have you replaced the O2 Sensors. Is your car running correctly, proper maintenance been done, filters, oil changes, tune ups, fuel system and induction cleanings. you may need a new cat
It will not shift at all, it feels like nothing is
Poped gearshift lever link to gearbox.Either under the hood,on the top of the gearbox or under the car behind the gearbox must track the link and tight the nut/screw/rod.Watch for the right position.Try the shift before starting the car.
When i depress the clutch to start my 2004 neon
There is a switch on the clutch pedal. You have to climb down in the floor board to see it. It is a small switch that when you press the clutch it opens a switch and allows you to start the car.
Hope this helps! If so please click YES!!!! Thanks!
Lighter stopped working,
The Cigarette lighter is run off of a 20A fuse located in the engine compartment just behind the battery. The fuse map will say P-Out and is in position #14. Hope that helps.
Brake fuild keeps leaking
So you keep drive the carYou don't find out why & have it repairedWithout the car no one can guess at the problem
My 2004 neon suddenly stopped running(while I was driving) and now won't start. I can hear the starter and everything inside the car is working where should I start
You need 4 things to make an engine run; fuel, air, spark, and compression. If you have all three of these items, then it gets into timing and fuel/air ratios. Since I don't know the exact symptoms or your problem, I will give you some troubleshooting guides based on easiest to hardest.I am going to assume the engine was running great until the time it just died, which leads me to think it is going to be likely a fuel/spark problem. If the engine cranks and just seems to not want to start at all, I think you should make sure you have fuel. You can use a couple shots of starting fluid to see if the engine pops when cranked. If it does, then it will probably be a fuel pump/fuse/relay. If it doesn't, then I would think it is spark related. If it is spark related it could be a number of things and you can post another question to get more direction, because it could be a number of different things. You can check the air filter, but this would not cause a sudden stop condition. As for compression, it could be a sudden break of a timing belt. This could also include a loss of spark if the computer requires an input from a camshaft sensor. If you break a timing belt, you will definitely be able to notice a different sound coming from the engine when you crank the engine. These are the basics, but as always with the new electronics it could be something related to the computer.
What will happen to your car if a ground wire is
Whatever part, motor, or electrical load that ground is for will not work. For instance, a motor is an electrical load, put power to it -it won't operate without a path to ground after the load. A lighting bulb is an electrical load. Send power to it. and the bulb won't light, power will not travel through the bulb filament making it bright, without a path to ground after the bulb. Every electrical load has to have a path to ground, or it will not work-the reason for the term "circuit"-every wiring circuit (starting circuit, light circuit, ignition circuit, etc.) begins at the power source and ends at the power source. The ground completes the circuit back to earth (ground), and as you know, all grounds go to metal frame, and thus go back to the battery. If the circuit is not complete, the electrical load will not operate. See?
Code po622
Code 622 is for a problem with the battery warning light circuit or the alternator.
Code p0622 & p0344
It is probably something simple, but simple doesn't make it easy to find. Are you now only getting the code 0344 for an intermittent CMP? If still both codes, I would recommend a Chrysler shop to run extensive tests to see how they may or may not be related. It may not be so simple OR easy to find. If only the CMP code, can your scanner run live stream data on the sensor? Chrysler uses a DRB3 scanner in their shop to run such tests. Intermittent performance of the sensor may be a bad wire in the circuit, bad connections, possibly a problem with the pulse ring the sensor gets a signal from...Here are a couple of answers from experts that may give you some pointers. On this first one, pay particular attention to the expert's last response or two, when he talks about the CMP:

Neon Code P0344
I believe that the splice for the cam sensor is about 8 inches back in the harness. Power to the cam supplies several sensors. I have fixed a few that the splice was bad, There is very little room to work in to get to the splice, but it's not impossible to fix.
What does a clutch pedal position switch do?
It tells the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) what position your clutch pedal is in (pretty much like the name implies). The PCM will not allow the starter to work unless the clutch pedal is in the down position. The purpose is to keep you from starting the engine with the clutch engaged so the vehicle doesn't jump forward and kill somebody when you twist the key.
