Check the electrical plug first for corrosion and power and ground. If they are good, Check for spark at the coil. No spark, replace the coil. I have replace many of them.

Starting difficulties arise either from ignition or fuel delivery issues. U could have a bad battery, starter solenoid, starter motor, ignition switch, bad battery connection(s), fuel pump/relay, ignition coil, computer, crankcase sensor, etc.

Changing the PCM its self is relatively simple, however the PCM can only be programmed using A Chrysler scan tool and software called a DRB3. I highly recommend taking the vehicle to a Chrysler dealership to have this work done. Note: If the vehicle runs now and you change the PCM yourself, it will not run until the PCM is programmed. check fuse first then check brake light switch, its around the top of brake peddle

The relay is grounded by the computer to turn on the fan. If the fan runs while the vehicle is shut off, there is a short to ground either internal to the computer or the grounding wire from the relay to the computer.

Try checking the brake fuse. In the power distribution center under the hood. Also, check voltage to and from brake switch, note the wire colors.

Bad plugs or coil can cause this

Check under the seat or beside the seat.. there should be a bar there which is a manual release... it sounds like it didn't pop bk into lock position... just wiggle it to set it in full close position... if your not sure what way it goes move it all the way in one direction and push on the seat.. if it clicks and will not move then you got it and if not... pull the leaver the other way and repeat seat push

The piece of plastic you found was the clip that holds window to track. Sometimes you can change the clips most times need another window which has the clips installed. I would recommend a salvage yard

are you sure you have the speaker connection is pushed home into the rear of the radio ? if it is new and you have the wiring correct then it may well be the radio its self so take back for an refund or exchange
