If it were me I would take out the drive shaft and check the play in the universal joints (I know you said they were replaced). Unlike ball joints they should exhibit good freedom of movement and flop from one position to the next as the shaft is rotated in the hand. Check that the bearing cup retaining clips are present on all sides. If there is any tightness in a bearing it is possible that either one of the cups has been pressed (hammered?) in too far or that a needle bearing was dropped from the outer race into the cup during assembly. Also check that the cup holders (arms) are not bent, sometimes if care is not taken to support the back of the 'arms' when installing the bearing cups the 'arms' will bend.

It doesn't matter , if there are ground wires bolt them to the fire wall or to the engine , just as long as it is metal .

Sounds like the headlight switch is defective and or the connector to it. The switch is about the only part that will do this. If both parts are heat damaged the repair connector must be soldered and shrink tube sealed to the wiring harness, only do one wire at a time.

Never done one to be honest but you may be able to reach up from underneath with a very long screwdriver and flick the lever ,failing which take vehicle to a body shop who will have one .

Unfortunately there is not interchanging the ECU on a Chrysler vehicle. All major electrical components are set to the VIN number of the vehicle. You will need to purchase a new computer and then pay to have it flashed to your VIN.

Sorry you spent to much money on replacing good parts. The ECM is bad. Not hard to figure out. If the alternator isn't grounded out the field inside won't engage. To many places will change the alternator and battery. Point and guess, is what I call it. If you paid to have it diagnosed and repaired, take it back and demand your money back.

How did you determine you don't have oil pressure? It might be the case that you have a faulty pressure sensor, giving a false indication of low, or no pressure? If there was a recall then your Chrysler/Dodge dealer service center would be able to tell you. But you have a 13-14 yo vehicle now if yours is a 2002 as stated in your post.

It is at the back of the engine. Between the engine and transmission. Not fun to replace. I believe it is on the driver side. Up high.
