The main part that makes the tire move
Please can you be more specific is it in front or rear. Does your tires move at all when you try to drive. Is it manual or automatic transmission. What other symptoms do you have?
The horn on my1996 dodge neon keeps going off by itself.
There are 2 possibilities for this to happen. 1. Inside the steering column there is a faulty circuit. 2. The horn relay has an internal fault. The horn works on a grounding type system, which means that +12V is always available to the circuit and when grounding happens at any point it will activate the relay to send the voltage to the horns. So if your horn is randomly going off then there is a temporary grounding action somewhere.
Headlights blink on and off
This works for a ford taurus so I thought I would put my 2 cents worth in. Sometimes the Hazard button plays havoc with the lighting system. If there is a hazard button on the steering shaft, try putting a toothpick to wedge the button one way or the other. A jiggling button will cause the same system if the connectors to the lights are tight and the grounds are good. Hope this helps
Reverse switch location
Top of housing on drivers side. Picture of manual shift but automatic should be pretty close if not same.
Rocker arms
simply the rockers are on a shaft as a assy. you set them down in place over the valve and the lifter put the retainers and bolts in then step torque them down from the center bolts out do it in a few steps to make sure they are seated properly then torque to spec.
