My 1991 Caravan headlights won't turn off and the

Sounds more like a stuck high beam relay. Daytime running lights module appeared sometime after '99 year. The relay should be in the fuse compartment. Pull it out to check that it is only the high beam that is on. Pull the low beam relay and place in the high beam location. If it turns on the high beams again, then try the dimmer switch to see if they go out. If that has no effect, then there is a sneak path somewhere that is turning the relay on.

I am having alot of heater problems.I just flushed

How do the hoses going into the firewall on engine side under hood feel ? They should be reasonably same temperature. If one is hot, and other is quite a bit cooler, then you may have blockage still in core. If they feel close to same (hot) then blend/air door may be stuck. Can you hear things moving under dash when switched from cold to hot, and hot to cold? Does the air coming out get hotter if you rev engine a little and hold it there?

Removing the starter motor mounting stud nut where the air pump tube bracket is also attached

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Raise and safely support the vehicle. The starter can be removed by reaching over the crossmember.
  3. Remove the heat shield and its clamps, if so equipped.
  4. On the 2.2L and 2.5L engines, loosen the air pump tube at the exhaust manifold and move the tube bracket away from the starter.
  5. Remove the electrical connections from the starter.
  6. Remove the bolts attaching the starter to the flywheel housing and the rear bracket to the engine or transaxle.
  7. Remove the starter from the engine.

To install:
  1. Position the replacement starter against the mounting surface.
  2. Install the mounting bolts.
  3. Connect the starter wiring.
  4. On 2.2L and 2.5L engines, position the air pump tube toward the starter, then connect the tube bracket to the exhaust manifold.
  5. Install the heat shield and clamp.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.

Hope helped with this (remember rated this help) Good luck.

How to replace key igntion?

You must first remove the steering wheel. You may be able to work around the turn signal switch. Insert the key and turn the ignition to the "run" position. It will slide out of its mounting hole now. If it does not come out easily push the locking pin in with a 16 penny nail or other pointed instrument.
