this refers to the variable assisted steering , have you noticed the steering change , get the code cleared if steering ok and see if it returns then will need further investigation i.e a sensor on the steering system
Starting problems..wont boost either
Won't turn over?probably a bad starter,pretty common when this happens. Could be neutral safety switch on transmission but not too common a problem.
P0307 code on a 2005 crown vic
Cylinder misfire on #7.could be bad spark plug,or bad coil.try replacing coil and plug at# 7. It is the second last plug on the driver's side. If you pull the coil out and there is antifreeze in the spark plug hole,you may have a bad intake gasket or cracked intake manifold and the antifreeze is shorting the coil out. In that case you may have to replace the intake manifold.
Noise om the throttle body on 05 crown Victoria, the car won't start
I had a similar problem with a subaru. Disconnected battery for a while to reset computer. Made sure everything was connected then reconnected battery... started right up. This was caused after replacing head gaskets, I tried starting with T/B unplugged. I realize it's not the same vehicle but might be helpful.

code p2111 refers to TAC system --actuator stuck open ==causes ---throttle body--throttle valve tight/ sticking
code p2111 also refers to TAC system --circuit malfunction==causes wiring---short to positive--short to ground---TP sensor---ECM
code p2111 also has a 3rd section---brake vacuum---implausible signal===causes---wiring---vacuum sensor--mechanical fault
