I have a 01' Sentra 2.0, and I'm having issues
There are a few options to troubleshoot this problem.
This could be an issue with fuse, wiring or control switch.
When this happened to me it was the control switch.
If you go into the drivers side of the car and go under the steering wheel to where the brake is located, follow the bar that the brake is attached to up to the switch. The switch is a small box that has a pin that depresses when the bar that is attached to the brake rests on. When you step on the brake (in this case use your hand) the pin should come back out of the little box which then activates your brake lights. If you see the pin sticking then that could be the problem.
In my car the switch was sticking because the little box started to come apart. Rather than replacing I used a couple of plastic zip ties to tighten the box back into place and works like new.
Heated air still comes out of my vents even when the air is off
You might have a faulty water valve. The hot air in the car is supplied by the engine cooling system. As the engine works, it heats up and water is circulated through the system and kept at a cooling level by the radiator. However, this water is still hot, and by turning on the heat in the car, a valve is opened that allows the hot water to circulate through the heater core inside the car.
This core is in fact just a mini radiator, and air from the blower fan inside the car blows air through this mini radiator, thus supplying hot air in the car.
If you don't want hot air in the car, the heater control operates a valve that shuts off the hot water from the engine. If this valve is faulty, it will allow hot water to circulate through the system. Another possibility is that the cable operating the water valve might be maladjusted or the cable or the lever operating the cable is broken or faulty. It often happens that the outer part of the cables slip and the controls operate so-so but never well.
If the cables to the dashboard controls are not adjusted properly or have started slipping, it could also cause the fresh air vent to not close properly, and this will cause a flow of air even when the controls and the fan are turned to the off position.
You can remove the control panel from the dash and check the cables and controls, but it is a finicky job. Maybe you want to take the car to a mechanic?
When I brake, my left brake light goes out?
Could be many things. Bad brake switch, bag ground, bad bulb, incorrect bulb or a short. You will need to do some testing to diagnose the problem as there are to many variables to get an accurate answer without looking at the issue.
Where are the fuse and relays for a 2001 Nissan
Relays are located in many places on vehicles. You would have to know what relay in particular you were looking for to find it's exact location. Fuses are easy to find, they are in the compartment right in front of your left knee on the lower section of the front of the dash, the drivers side of the dash between the door and the dash or sometimes under the hood. There is a door that pulls off to reveal the fuses, the door will have a diagram of the fuse locations. Here is a link from the internet with more information.

I want to install daylight rolling lights, how should I wire it to fuse box?

If I am not wrong then this might be the picture of a nissan sentra se fuse box near the battery in engine bay.
Turn the ignition key off. Check a fuse slot with the help of a 12volt tester pen for continuity and find a slot which does not show any voltage. Now turn the ignition key on and check the same fuse slot. If it does show 12 volts on tester pen then its will be your connection point for your DRL's positive wire. Turn the ignition key off and tap your DRL's red wire (+ve wire) to this slot and connect your DRL's black wire (-ve wire) to your car's body. Thats it then....

Dean, it looks like your on the right path ,with all 3 things as you stated it should do something, did you try a little starting fluid , you could use a timing light to check for good steady spark . what other kind of work have you done to it ? re check your work ,when you did compression test how did the plugs look =clean =soaked in fuel = nothing at all? Woody.
