Where is the wiper relay

A wiring diagram doesn't show a relay, just a 25 amp fuse in fuse panel under driver's side of dash. Intermittent working is usually from a loose or poor or corroded connection, or the switch is old and tired, or the motor is old and tired. Here is one way to check, if you have a test light: when the wipers are not working with wiper switch on high, and key is on, pull off the connector to the wiper/washer motor module (in the engine bay, on the firewall) and check if the purple wire has power. If it does, you probably need to replace the module. Inside the module is a park relay switch (to return wipers to down position when turned off) and a circuit breaker between the motor and ground. If the purple wire does not have power when key is on and wipers on high, the connection is lost between the switch and the module, or the switch may be malfunctioning. The switch has 5 wires, white wire from 25 amp fuse (power in to switch), a pink wire (for the washer motor), a purple wire (high speed wipers), a dark green wire (low speed wipers), and a gray wire (for the park relay switch inside the wiper/washer motor module). If you see a yellow wire also at the module, that is part of the low speed wiper circuit (the dark green wire) coming from the park relay switch and then to the motor.Good luck. Post back if further questions, or need more help.

Car died while driving, won't start

have you checked to see if you have spark? Your ignition control module could of went bad in the distributor, its a $29.99 part at autozone. If you have spark, check to see if you have fuel, is there fuel squirting into the carburetor when you look in it and work the gas?

My radio went out...how do I change it to a more

Hi Take the old unit out, buy a decent unit and a retrofit kit to make it fit the opening in the dash. You can either also buy a mating electrical connector plug for retrofit. or cut the factory plug off and wire it directly to new stereo. All can usually be found at walmart or radio shack in the $100 -$150 range.....MIke

The windshield wipers stopped working,

You must examine the fuses to rule out a blown fuse ... better yet ... test them with a proper tester. If they all check out, repost indicating there is no problem with the fuse

Are you sure the motor is not running and there is a mechanical disconnect somewhere?

I have a fuel issue

fuel pump(on 2.8 v/6) is on passenger side underneath head, in the block. it's a old manual style(easy to replace:make sure you put lithium grease on trigger before re-install) where the fuel line goes into the carb, there is a paper( about an inch long) filter there.

1988 chevrolet celebrity starts but has no power to run

Is this a 2.8L vin W? I saw a service bulletin that said, do not replace maf sensor for maf sensor code. You install a new mem-cal. The new memcal doesn't use the maf signal, but does use the mat. If the update had been done on your vehicle, there should be a decal under the hood to notify you about the update. They did this because of problems with the maf sensor, at the time. Just to add, problems at higher rpms, check for a blockage of some kind, air--fuel--exhaust. Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure.

Reset the emc on a 2012 camaro 2lt v6 lfx

To reset the PCM to render a more performance program has to be done by an expert. There is nothing substantial you can accomplish with having the means to reflash the PCM. There are many places that do this but I need to know if this is a Celebrity or a Camaro.

1989 chevy celebrity with adjustable steering and pulsating intermitant wipers etc. Steering wheel loose and rotates in 45 degree angle from side to side and up and down.

Well, first of all, the odds are the tilt section can be tightened back up without replacing anything. There are 3 bolts that get loose over time.Second, if you really do need another column, any A body GM car built between 85 and 90 will work. That includes Pontiac 6000, Buick Century, and Olds Cutlass Cierra. The only real difference is the steering wheel which you would not have to change.
