was told it was injectors ????? We don't go by what someone told us . We use wiring diagrams , test electrical circuits using a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter , do fuel pressure an flow testing . If you don't know how ,you should take it to a qualified repair shop that does.

Advance alternaters are not the best they are bad not to work your best bet is to have them rebuilt at a starter shop they put better brushes in them hope this helps Merry Christmas

have a 95 k3500 4x4,when i shifted to 4 hi,would not engage.never once heard any type of noise in the front end.replaced both actuators,fuse is,front will not engage.please advise.ken at 989-560-1906.or [email protected] thanks

7 to 8 quarts of oil needed for k3500 diesel.

check power across pink and black wires with key on.

I would stop at your local parts house and buy a cheap distributor wrench. It is L shaped at the bottom and makes it alittle easier to get in there, either way its not easy.

If you have a test light,check for power at the blower motor,see if it will come on with a wire from battery positive ,to the positive on the blower motor,if it does not,check to see if the motor is grounded,then check to see if the relay has 12 volts to it.The relay should have 12 volts to it,with the switch off.Turn the switch on,and use test light only,touch the probe to all the terminals on the relay,one at a time,with the relay plugged up,when the test light touches the ground,on the relay,it will activate the blower motor,ground the test light of course.Use a test light to chase down the problem,it is the best toll for this,and is not exspensive.

have truck checked with scanner..look for codes 1235 or 1236 dtc 035 or dtc 036...if has any of these codes replace injector pump

NO there is nothing like that did you replace the harness that goes to the pump ?

That sounds like normal operation...check your electrical system with a volt meter,check battery voltage with engine off...should be minimum 12.4 volts,i like to see 12.6 or higher at rest.Then check with engine running,as the alternator is charging or should be,and the voltage reading should be at least 13.5 up to 14.5 volts.Scan the vehicle for trouble codes,if none present,then the Check Engine light should be off.

Check engine and battery light are supposed to be off when the engine is running,that indicates the vehicle has no codes,and that the charging system and battery are ok.When you turn the key to run,but not start,they should light up for a couple of seconds,just to indicate that they are capable of functioning.
