My 89 Chevy Beretta runs rough
Sounds like a oxygen sensor or a map or maf sensor to me. Get the codes pulled and see what they tell you.most parts stores can get your codes for you.
I had a slow antifreeze leak. Today it sounded
the belt is probally around 10 bucks and the pump can very in price depending on if you get the part ordered and repaired at a shop or if you do it yourself im just gunna say roughly around 40 bucks for the pump again varing on where you purchase it
How to change 89 beretta fuel filter
You can reach the fuel filter much easier if you jack up the passenger side of the car. Place the jack just before the rear wheel and remove the tyre to have space to work. The fuel filter is located near the gas tank. You will need to hold the nut on one side as you loosen the nut on the other side. Take care not to damage the fuel line.
Brakes went out while driving
Assuming your brake job was good, you probably have a brake line leak. You should have noticed a low pedal and checked the brake fluid level. If low , their is a leak and it must be fixed right away.
I had one brake light out and when i replaced
Are you sure you replaced the bulb with the correct one?The wrong bulb will make everything work wrong.Found this to be the problem on a car I thought had a bad turn signal switch.
Putting a cd player in
Is the CD player a standalone or a multi CD unit?
Or does it have a built in radio?
If it has a built in radio just remove the old radio and install new CD unit in same space.

if it not firing change the coils if thats not it then you may want to check the fuse but if not firing i would check the coil because where they are located on the engine under the mainfold it gets real hot there
Where is the coolant temp
it is located on the driver side of the engine below and under the thermostat housing, witch is under the air cleaner assembly
Horn doesnt work 1989 chevy
Pull each fuse out untill you find the blown one. If all are good the horn relay located undet the dash is at fault
I have a unique problem:
You can bypass the old system and install a lock and ignition switch like the old cars w/o locking steering. It's not a good idea. I would think about asking a locksmith to help or replace the steering column.
