i had this same problem i think u have to take it in to get replaced. i try to get to the stupid thing but it was a ***** to take everything apart. around the framin of the moonroof. and u still need to get the retactable thingy. have it replaced. unless u have more patience.. but beware once u start to take ur car apart.. the top roof cover might become loose if u dont put it back the way u had it..

I think RSE stands for Rear Seat Entertainment. and prob has nothing to do with the hard start issue...

well you can try "jumping" the correct wire to see if window got up or down... this will tell u if switch is bad... but I would just go but a new master switch... try that before you cause more damage..

Pass lock diables fuel system not starter . Is the security light on ? car and padlock symbol ? Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop before you totally ruin it . Because there are no wires you can cut , jump , put in a resistor etc... There is no way to by pass this system .The vehicle theft deterrent (VTD) system functions are provided by the theft deterrent module (TDM). When an ignition key is inserted into the ignition lock cylinder and the ignition is switched ON, the transponder embedded in the head of the key is energized by the exciter coils surrounding the ignition lock cylinder. The energized transponder transmits a signal that contains a unique value, which is received by the TDM. The theft deterrent control module then compares this value to a value stored in memory, learned key code. If the value is correct, the TDM sends a random generated number to the transponder. This is called a challenge. Both the transponder and the TDM perform a calculation on the challenge. If the calculations match, the TDM sends the fuel continue password via the serial data circuit to the powertrain control module (PCM). If either the transponders unique value or the calculation to the challenge is incorrect, the TDM will send the fuel disable password to the PCM via the serial data circuit.

i have a 2005 chevy malibu and i close the trunk with the keys inside and the little button on the door is stock but the car is open is and other way to open the trunk from inside of the car?

just unbolt it count rounds of taking the end off and screw new one on same amount will get you close on alignment
