Trailer light issues
Hi Donald, It sounds like a wiring issue. Double the wiring to your connector on the vehicle. Also check the wiring on the trailer connector. I have seen many trailer that are wired to ground through the ******, this of course will cause an intermittent ground and flickering lights. you only need four (4) wires... One for a ground, One for running lights, and Two wires for brake and turn - one wire for the left and one wire for the right. You can also find the proper pin wiring for vehicle and trailer on the internet. Cheers. I hope this helps. John
On 2005 duramax injectors, is there a recall on
05 duramax injectors have gone bad I'm told because the ecm has gone bad. Is this the case or I'm I being told a crock? They say it needs 4 injectors. While I was driving down the road it started missing and then it would quit and start missing again. After about 6 miles it died. After changing the fuel filter and priming the system it would not start unless assisted with gas vapor. It will run for a few seconds (20 or so) very rough with no power at all and then would die. Does Chevrolet have any recomendations or will they give any assistence with this problem. I don't think I'm the first person that has had injector problems with the Duramax .
Thanks

The most likely solution is to preform a crank relearn this must be done with a good scan tool such as snap on modis/solus OTC genisis or GM tech 2 a cheap scan tool CAN NOT preform this function. A crank relearn will renew the relationship with the computer and crank position sensor
Temp high at idle
Could be the radiator fan, or a flow problem in the cooling system.
