My 02 Suburban was working perfect yesterday, but this morning when i went outside to warm it up it wouldn't start. The engine would rotate but won"t start. I tried to jump start it but the same thing happens...rotate but no start. It has fuel in the tank and all lights come on normal but still no start. Please help me!!!
go to the back of the truck near the gas tank and listen for the pump to run while some one turns the key to the on position not Start but on. If you do not hear the pump it is probubly bad.

2002 Chevy Suburban: Fuel gauge reads empty, but tank is half full. Also, low fuel light comes on. Now that tank is full, light is off and gauge reads full. What is the problem?
Youre gauge is controlled by a plunger in the fuel tank which is attached to the sensor and the fuel gauge. it sounds like when the plunger goes down half way its either getting stuck down lower then it should. Needs replacing. Any mechanic can do this install for you.

02 chevy Z71 suburban doesn't start like it used to on first key turn but always starts on second....someone told me this was a failing Fuel Regulator is that correct? And if so where is that located....any help would be appreciated. Thank You
Unfortunately, this problem could be caused by a number of things. A fuel pressure regulator is not usually one of them. The fuel pressure regulator will help to, essentially, regulate and change the pressure of the fuel in the fuel rail as the engine RPMs change. This change is usually minor, however, and will not interfere with the initial startup of the vehicle. I can give you a few basic ideas of where to look, I have seen this same problem on other 5.3L motors, but I have also seen it on many other cars as well, and the problems never seem to be consistent. If the truck has had a fresh tune up, and the filters have all been changed (most notably, the fuel filter) then the first thing to look at is going to be the throttle body. On the intake, there is a butterfly valve- if this is all gummed up with carbon or other deposits, clean it! (Note, it is best to wipe down well with a clean cloth, be as gentle as possible. Hold the butterfly valve open by hand or have a friend hold the gas pedal down (with the truck off, of course), and wipe this down thoroughly. You will have to take off the air cleaner and tubing first, in order to reach this. If this doesn't help, you could have a vacuum leak. You could have a bad Throttle Position Sensor, or a bad Mass Air Flow sensor. If your fuel return line is clogged or vapor locked, it will make it harder to start the vehicle. If the fuel pump is putting out sufficient pressure, but not the intial sufficient volume you need, that could also be a problem. There are a LOT of things that could cause this realistically, but the best thing to do is to eliminate the easiest problems one by one. Keep up on the maintenance, routinely check your filters and spark plugs, and DO NOT use cheapo parts. If you determine that it is not a simple failure, or are not comfortable with testing fuel pressure or volume output, checking the intake manifolds for minor vacuum leaks, etc. it may be best to take it to a professional who is trained to do that. Look for a shop in your area with a good reputation, as this isn't just a routine problem, and will take good diagnostic abilities and a skilled technician to fix it.
Thanks for asking!

Condition
Some
customers whose vehicles are operated in dusty type environments, such
as farming or mining off-road type applications, may comment about the
illumination of the instrument panel SES light, with a DTC of P0446 (Restricted/Blocked EVAP Vent Path) being set.
Cause
Dirt and dust intrusion into the EVAP canister vent solenoid, resulting in restricted air flow, may cause this condition.
Correction
DO THIS: Replace the EVAP vent solenoid with a more robust vent solenoid.
DON'T DO THIS: DO NOT Replace the EVAP canister or other EVAP parts.
After following the Service Manual diagnostic P0446
and determining that the EVAP canister vent valve is the cause of the
SES light, replace the existing EVAP canister vent solenoid and
bracket. This new vent solenoid has an enhanced filtering capability
and a filter element that can be easily removed and cleaned. To ensure
correct installation, follow the procedure below.
Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
Remove the bolt retaining the vent valve bracket.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Disconnect the canister vent valve hose.
Install the new vent valve bracket, P/N 15105605, to the vehicle with the retaining bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the bracket mounting bolt to 12 N·m (106 lb in).
Install the new vent valve, P/N 10382105, to the bracket.
Reinstall the electrical connector.
Reinstall the canister vent valve hose.
Lower the vehicle.
Clear the DTC.

attempting to set my 2002 suburban garage door opener with my remote opener how is this done
First you need to program the car with garage door remote, then program the garage door unit to the car. Hold Down garage door remote button and button of your choice in the car, the small light on the car will blink when it has learned it's code. Then press program button on garage door unit , within 15 seconds press and hold the button in the car that you programmed , when the the light starts to blink again, it should work.

I changed both O2 sensors and the knock sensors now it is misfiring
It is possible that while making the knock sensor repairs you damaged a spark plug wire. Folks don't change these often, and with the high temps under hood on modern lean running engines, these should be changed every three or four years.
