It has steadily been getting harder to fire

try setting the distributor even tho they are controlled by a computer and spark is advanced or retared by the computer if they get 10 degrees or more out of time they cant correct it and start hard or a no start issue. Turn the engine to top dead center on 1. I figured out that the notch on dampener lines up with notch on the block. mark the direction the rotor is facing and when you put the cap on, adjusted the distributor so that the #1 terminal is dead on with the rotor (follow the raised area on the cap from the #1 plug wire and this will let you see where the #1 terminal lines up). one other thing it could also be is the module on the distributor but if you have spark it shouldnt be that

Car won't start, engine locked

You most likely have a failed anti theft system. Go to this link to read about these systems. I have no permanent fix for you, but you might be able to bypass the anti theft parts at the ignition. This might get you going. http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/

Where is the circuit breaker for the wiper motor located on my 93 g20

I don't know but I do think it is unlikely the wiper circuit is protected by both a fuse and a resettable breaker - I suggest you use a testlamp and check both ends of the fuse has power. If so you need to check the circuit forwards from point-to-point. If there is no power to the fuse the circuit should be checked back to source. Wiper circuit isn't intuitive and you should refer to a wiring diagram.

1990 Chevy G20 Van Blower won't come on. No power to the switch that powers the relay, orange wire.

I actually remember a problem with these, the problem is the brown wire going to the blower switch, disconnect the battery before you do this. Remove the blower switch then find the brown wire and pull on it you'll see where it burned, by the way the orange wire is powered by the blower switch HI setting. I hope this helps. Take care. If you have any more questions use testimonial and it will show up in my email.

I have a 1991 chevy caprice that has fuel psi/spark and will run w/ aux fuel source being supplied. ijectors operat as designed when grounded. have determined they are not getting their ground signal

Well at the shop we would use a noid light .You disconnect the injector connector an plug the noid light in . This light will flash if the circuit is good . You could also use a test light hooked to the positive battery terminal ,then touch the point to the side that goes to the PCM/ECM . That's all the PCM/ECM is doing ,is suppling a ground . Oil pressure switch doesn't play any part in this . The oil pressure switch is hooked in parallel to the fuel pump relay . If the relay fails power can still make it to the fuel pump. Doesn't keep the vehicle from starting from low oil pressure . Plus if the injector's are not being controlled by the PCM , it could be the By pass circuit of the ignition control module . Could still have spark an have a bad ignition module. GM Bypass Ignition System Operation part 1
