The fuse for horn is the same as inside lights powerlocks and glove box light, the fuse is # 11, here is a diagram of the fuses.

you have no ground to your engine ; look for a large woven cable that should be attached to your engine block and reattach it

I had this happen and it turned out to be a bad fuel relay. Check that and also for loose ground wires at the battery, at the alternator and at the block.

Check for a coin in the cigarette lighter port, they fit perfectly (especially a dime or penny).

Code 43 is electronic spark control. ESC module is not receiving a knock signal from knock sensor. Check knock sensor/wiring, check ESC (parts store can check for you). That's what the book says to do. On my personal vehicle I got a code 43 and the problem was a bad oxygen sensor.

remove bezel from around instrument panel , take your time not too break the bezel , block wheels pull shifter down into 1st if automatic and then take bezel cover loose and unplug wiring frrom switches .be careful not too break these pieces they r usually very easy to breakthen remove four retaining screws and gently remove cluster and unplug wires .install in reverse order

make sure your fuse is fine and make sure the bulbs are fine and check the wire connection the get under the truck and trace the wires and make sure there is no corrosion or crackes or maybe some wires got unhooked

So after all that time and money, do you see fuel spray from the injectors when you crank the engine ?If you have spark at the plugs and fuel spray, the gas may have water in it.

Under neath the venting system behind console there is a venting housing that can be removed. Likely the air flow directional vent flap is stuck or the motor that moves the vent is faulty.
