It sounds as though one of the proximity sensors is faulty. Also try giving the tracks for the door a good shot of white spray lithium grease. The door may be binding enough so that the emergency reverse is kicking in.

on rear washer refill,raise back hatch,look to the the left,you will see refill plug

Need a 7/8 open end wrench or a o2 sensor socket. Located in exhaust pipe. The one closest to the engine is Bank 1 Sensor 1. The ones located downstream and known as "Sensor 2"

The window regulator could be binding or the contacts on the switch could be bad...does it go all the way up? does the whirring sound slow? I'm pretty sure it's the window regulator. Pretty easy and cheap to do it yourself.

Typically the rear valve cover gasket is replaced when the lower intake manifold gasket is replaced. It will be slighttly easier to remove the upper plenum. This will give you a little more room to feel around. It's unusual to see a valve cover leaking on one of these. Are you sure it's the problem?
