Is there a fuel reset on a 97 cavalier
I've never heard of a said fuel reset but their are fuel pump relays! Can you hear the fuel pump humming when ignition is turned on? If not Google fuel relay positions and feel the relays when keys turned on and you should feel a clock or something in relays also you can switch a cpl around to see if it fixes your problem!
How can you tell if you car is out of time
If the belt broke while the engine was running, it is very possible you have bent valves. A compression test would confirm it. Bent valves won't let the cylinder build compression. Without compression the air/fuel mixture won't burn and so no power is produced from that cylinder. I would recommend the compression test. If all cylinders are uniformly low, check your timing marks on the belt sprockets- you may have gotten the belt off a tooth or two.
Where is the abs sensor
Not all machines read abs faults, is it at a garage or a personal one? my machine doesn't show them
Where is heater core located
its on the passenger side under the dash behind the glove box. the heater air box has to be removed to replace. if you have a/c the system will have to be discharged as its in the same box and will come out with the box.
How much to fix a subframe on a 97 cavalier?
No one on the internet has that answer
I may take a shot a fixing my own,but fail to
see a repair shop do so,they don't have the
welding skills
On a 17 year old vehicle, wow.good luck there
It can be done, or you can get one at a salvage
& switch them
I only see that being done by the owner, way, way too
expensive to pay a shop
What would cause 1997 cavailer idle rough with no power ?
these use a timing chain and gears. it may need a tune-up, have a plugged fuel filter, air filter plugging up or coming apart, dirty injectors or fuel supply system, a failing fuel pump, a bad egr valve stuck open completely or partly.

Why do my brakes pump up after bleeding and still go to the floor when i start the truck?
Hello.
If the brakes pump up after you start your engine, it means your brakes are good and there are no bleeds.
They pump up as the car builds pressure inside the brake fluid circuit.
If the pedal loses pressure and hits the floor while the engine is on, this means that you may have brake fluid leaks and your brakes won t hold much longer (needs immediate fix).
