could be the throttle position sensor when you put in gear what does it do ? does the truck move at all ?

It sounds like you have the pistons hitting the replacemenet head.Install the correct cylinder head or shim the new one up.

It doesn't have a cable,it's hydraulic.

It's sounds to me like it's your intake manifold gasket leaking, and the antifreeze is leaking into the oil from the leak. That's why the oil is too full

MAY BE THAT THE UNIT NEEDS TO BE RECHARGED.CAN FIND WHAT YOU NEED AT AUTOZONE. THE PUMP WILL NOT ENGAGE WHEN SYSTEM IS LOW. MAY WANT TO ADD SEAL THAT THEY MAKE NOW FOR AC UNIT TO STOP LEAKS. SOMETIMES IT WORKS AND SOMETIMES IT DOESNT.

Ignition module tested????? Are you getting a CKP signal????
