How do i run the wire from my fan to a tougle switch on a 95 lumina
The wire that you ran for the positive side of the battery needs to first be ran threw the fire wall to your switch . Then from the switch to the fan . Don't forget to make sure that the fan is blowing the right direction . You can switch the Pos and Neg wires on the fan and it will run the other direction

My 1995 Chevy Lumina will not start
sounds like you have a lame solenoid on the starter .i'd start there.get a voltage tester and test for 12 volts at the solenoid terminal if there is 12 volts and the starter still doest engage when you hit the key test the ignition wire on the solenoid when you turn the key it should apply 12 volts as well .if works then take the starter out and find a good repair shop and try a new solenoid first then the starter is next to test .
1995 lumina wont start or crank over
Could be the neutral safety switch, or the security system, or a wiring problem. If the security light stays on, you may have a problem with the VATS system reading the chip in the key. Try a spare key.If it cranks in neutral and not in park, the neutral safety switch may be faulty.
