I would reset the computer by disconnecting the battery for about 30 minutes. It is possible to have that many problems, although not likely. If the codes come back after resetting your computer then it will be time to have some work done to it. All it takes is 1 blip in your electrical system for the computer to shoot out a code at you and there may be nothing wrong at all.

Then take the motor apart & replace the worn parts

really?! the water pump?! the water pump has nothing to do with your wipers it is part of the COOLING system. as for your issue...it could be a short in the wiper/signal arm in the steering column, or it could be the motor in your washer fluid bottle. the motor is what pushes the fluid through to your windshield and if its gone bad it will blow your fuses as well. i would start with the washer fluid reservoir motor and go from there

I would be looking for where the power wire to the pump could touch the earth wire or any earth point near the washer pump check the actual connection on the pump for the terminals touching .

There's two of them located just above the parking light in front of each of the fender wells. You will be able to see them from the bottom looking up

You can take this with a grain of salt but I am a junior in high school taking auto mechanics and my teacher use to work for a chevrolet dealership where they had a geo tracker come in because it would drive fine until placed in 4 wheel drive. Once placed in 4 wheel it would not move because front and rear differentials were geared differently from factory causing the wheels to lock up. If it has never been able to go into 4 wheel since you have owned it I hope this will help...
