Interior light fell off, battery keeps dying
The light could still be running even while vehicle is off. My friend had the same problem on a chevy. Find the fuse to the light, take it out when you turn your car off. That will keep it from dying. Then get the light fixed. Until then, you will have the problem..
No power to truck, key locked in ignition
Is the battery dead? try charger, battery is okay but when you turn key nothing happens and key is jammed? Key won't turn? not much information you provided, but if key not working and battery is good sounds like the ignition cylinder has failed and needs replacing, i would not recommend for a novice as dis-assembly is and reassembly is not easy and requires a few special tools and if mistakes are made could attivate air bag, deactivate air bag or short electronic components
Broke window driver side how much to replaceit
When a vandal broke one of my side windows, it cost the insurance company about $140. I don't know that it would be much different on your vehicle; your location makes a difference in price also. You may be able to get a used window from the salvage yard for considerably less, especially if you install it yourself.
Where is the egr valve located
Back, right hand side of the motor beside the brake fluid reservoir/It will be 2-3" round and have an approx 1" hose going to it with an electrical connector
Removing speer tire from underneath
there is a hole in the rear bumper, you put the rod from your jack handle into and turn to let it down. Sometimes they get stuck and you have to pull on the tire when cranking.
Want to drain rad & engine
There should be a drain **** on the lower part of your radiator. Sometimes it is under the lower rad hoes. If not - remove the lower rad hose . Be sure the engine temp is down - do not burn yourself. Also be sure and collect the coolant for disposal. Anti freeze can harm not only the environment but animals can ingest it and be harmed or killed. It is a good idea to remove he rad cap to allow air into the top of the rad and prevent a vacum from slowing the draining of the rad. your can also buy a flush kit from an auto supply store to help clean out your rad/engine if needed. Be sure and use the recommened coolant and ratios as per ypur owners manual when you put new coolant in.
