How do I replace heater hose fitting elbow

Tools: 10 mm 13,mm,15,mm sockets and a straight screwdriver if you need to pry, a shop light, you will need to get the air out running a while while you add coolant back to level. It's usually the top elbows that leak, if its the 3800 drain coolant into something, go to AutoZone tell them u need the elbows for the 3800, remove your coolant tank, and your alternator, pretty simple, loosen alternator, then slide belt off, then move alternator out of your way, remove the 3 bolts, pull loose, place in new parts, press back in place, then tighten everything back. Discard your bad elbows with bad seals. Check for leaks, if all good, your done.

ONE REAR AIR SHOCK IS LEAKING IN MY 2002 PONTIAC BONNEVILLE

you could replace the one shock but do you know why it is leaking oil? Typically unless there was something traumatic to happen to one of the rear shocks, then if one is going you can almost be the other one will go soon. I ended up having too many problems with the air ride suspensions. If you haven't yet, look into conversion kits as something to consider for down the road if nothing else. www.strutmasters.com has a great kit that is made in America and comes with a lifetime warranty. They have a good reputation and track record and can help you save some money and find the permanent solution if anything else goes wrong.

Moon roof won't open on my 2002 bonneville sle

The motor and module is in front of the moon roof window, under the headliner. You can pull the liner down to work on it, but be careful not to pull it so far that it breaks. If the cables are broke or really loose, you have to remove the liner. Replace the regulator. Most times it is the module. It can be replaced without removing the liner.

Bonneville heated seats will not stay on

More than likely the drivers seat is shorted and needs a new seat cushion heating grid. The best place to have this installed cost wise is an auto upholstery shop since the seat cover must be removed to install the grid. This is just a guess on my part and needs to be confirmed by a dealer or a Good repair shop through proper testing and diagnosis. The repair is expensive.

2002 pontiac 3800 center coil won't fire

Since the problem remained in the same position after a coil swap, your next step would be remove the ignition module below the coils and have it tested at your local auto parts store. Also inspect the wiring harness and plug going to the ignition module for a bad connection.

How do i remove the dashboard of my 02 bonneville?

Most all instrument panels are easily removed. there should be 2 or 3 Phillips or 7mm screws holding a dress ring in place remove tilt wheel down,(sometimes you must turn key and WITH FOOT ON BRAKE OR PARKING BRAKE SET,shift gear selector to "1" to get it out of the way) remove dress ring. then there will be 4- 7mm screws holding panel in place, remove those, pull panel out a little ways and unplug electrical plug-in, you can unhook positive battery cable if you want but is not necessary, then remove instrument panel. reverse sets to install new panel. please rate my answericon1.png, thank :-)
