No power to the blower motor on a 1985 Bonneville

Like mnzoo suggested see if you are getting power to the switch. Also check and see if there is a relay or fuse that may have gone bad. Good luck.

PLEASE HELP, MY CAR IS MY JOB!!!my 85 bonneville wont start. when i turn the key it just clicks. i checked the battery, and my car is getting power. but it wont turn over?

I'm gonna give you 2 possible solutions, since you didn't specify if it clicks once when turned to start,or clicks repeatedly. If it clicks once, and the dash lights don't flicker,it's probably an issue with the starter(dead winding or solenoid contacts worn). If it clicks repeatedly when turned to start, then the battery is low on charge or has a bad cell.If you're messing with the battery cables, make sure you clean any green corrosion off of the cxables at the battery(because of GM's side post design, the corrosion is hidden and often forgotten).I have actually have seen corrosion between the battery and cable mimic a dead battery. If you do find a lot of corrosion, clean it up and try charging the battery on 10 amps charge overnight.

All 4 corners of the car need to be bled after replacing the master cylinder. Start with the right rear, than the left rear, than the right front, and finish with the left front. Keep bleeding each one until absolutely no air comes out. Make sure you do not let the master cylinder run dry! After my car has not been going for about 20

If this is a carb car check to see if the carb butterfly is closing when cold. You will have to remove the air cleaner to do this. Press the accelerator down to activate the choke. Also make sure the accerator pump on the carb is working. You may need to adjust the choke tension.Hope this helps.Good luck!

How do I prime the oil pump on a 1985 Pontiac Bonneville?

It is quite possible. Most cars will have a low oil level/pressure safety switch that will not allow the car to start. As far as rebuilding the pump, the necessity only depends on your budget. It may be cheaper to rebuild it, or buy a rebuilt unit. If you do choose to rebuild it, I would definitely invest in a Haynes, or Chilton's book for your car.

2004. Why doesn't it turn over?

If you have the 3.8L First check the basics . Do you have spark ? Fuel Injector pulse ? My guess is that the ground connections under the coil assembly .are not tight . Very common problem that occurs during a water pump repair . Good luck
