When was the last time it was serviced? I had this issue on a different car and it turned out to be a 'Very' dirty fuel filter. Bad quality 'cheap' fuel or some types of 'Bio' diesel can cause similar problems. Lifting your foot lets the fuel pump catch up supplying fuel. This is also a reasonably cheap fix.

Change the belt

The codes indicate problems (leaks) with your evaporative emission control system - the canister that traps fuel vapors from your fuel tank, and then burns those vapors through the engine. Steve is correct in advising that you have your vehicle checked with a smoke machine, the fastest and surest way to find the leak(s). The system involves several hoses and valves, any of which may be damaged/broken or non-functional.

Go to a different dealer. The dealer should know what is wrong with the vehicle by the codes. Don't let them keep guessing what is wrong and having you replace random parts.

Does the fuse have power in and out when a test light is used? This test would be run with the light switch on.

you possible could get some action as the service was not done properly if there is no problem with the transmission performance may be an oil change and filter clean will show any problems to do the filter the pan has to come off and if there is a problem mechanically there will be metal flakes in the pan if nissan knows of transmission issues then those issues can still be covered by warranty even after the period ends You will have to get clear legal ,advice for that at this point , I would take it to an accredited professional transmission shop and ask for an transmission oil change, filter clean , clutch pack and band adjustment and a report on any problems seen during the service I would not be considering a replacement box yet as it may not be necessary

P0301 is a misfire on cylinder #1, usually either a bad plug, wire or coil pack.

Remove oil filter, remove oil filter stand, replace seal, and reinstall oil filter stand, oil filter, and check oil level, too off if needed.

If you paid a professional to replace the trans, go back to him first so he can give his opinion. Before you do, check the fluid level of the trans, and the condition of the fluid. Any sign of water? But the problem may not be the trans, there could be faults in the engine or cooling system causing the ECU to select limp mode to get you back home. Sounds like a fuel problem. Check fuel pressure and that injectors are not clogged. If you have low fuel pressure, suspect fuel pump or filter. If you have high fuel pressure and good injectors, suspect spark or compression problems.

Sounds like you are either losing injector pulses, fuel pump pressure, or spark pulses. Before tearing into anything, check to make sure your battery and cables are in good shape. Then check for engine fault codes. Even if your check engine light is not lit, there may still be codes pending.

Begin by checking the THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR. This is your most likely culprit.

Wild guess if engine runs well is a fuel injector is not operating properly. If running rough also and or spark control problem.

Is the brake rotor not bolted to the back of the hub. I've never known the whole assy needed changing? There are pictures on bing images showing the layout as several parts. Something in the hub locking mechanism isn't correctly assembled. Retrace your steps. Find a manual.
