Fuse box diagram
It's usually glued to the inside of the fuse panel door. You can also try to look it up in the vehicles user manual.

Where is the smart junction box located and what
The 2003 Expedition smart junction box was formerly called a GEM module in previous years. It has relays that control your keyless entry codes, the relays that control the dome lights and the delayed radio shutoff as well as other functions. On a 2003 Expedition, the sjb (smart junction box) is located on the inside passenger's side kick panel below the glove box. It is most easily accessed by opening the glove box and squezzing the limiting tabs on each side so the glove box can open fully and tilt forward. It is approximately 6" long by 4" tall and about 1 3/4" thick. The part number on the label will be 2L1T-15K602-AN or similar for 2003 Expeditions.

How to recharge the ac
Hi Antonio you can buy a top up can in place that sells parts. Simply attach the fitting on the can to the air con line with the engine running and the air on on full some cans have a gauge on them so you will know when it's charged. If the system has been opened and needs s fill you will need to go to a workshop or an aircon specialist. The system will need to be vacuumed to remove air from the pipes to prevent hot spots and then filled. Regards Jkm...

Car starts and sometimes wont start
Maybe a bad fuel pump or clogged fuel filter. Obviously if the engine is crankiing a no start it is not getting fuel. Additionally if you have bad spark plugs then you would also have same problem. Start with the easy thing first. Fuel filter then fuel pump

I had to change fuel pump in November and now truck had been running fine now the truck has stalled as i hit the breaks and will not restart
When you changed the fuel pump did you change the fuel filter? I changed mine in my expedition 3 months ago and also changed the filter. Reason to change is because a fuel pump usually fails because of a semi clogged filter. The pump has to pump a lot harder thus it burns out. First i would check to see if pump is running. Have someone turn the key on and listen with the gas cap off. If you hear the pump engage then it may be a clogged filter. If you dont hear the pump then it maybe your pump reset. My pump reset is located on the passenger side front seat just in front of the door. Plastic shield must be taken off. There is a red button that you need to depress to re engage the pump circuit. Once you depress then it should start. Check your manual for pump reset location. Good luck
