There is one solution your ignition switch is worn down i guess you cold start your engine whit a screwdriver.

first check your fuse and check the wires to the switch if they are connected .maybe you have a break in the wiring .do a continuity check of the wires and the switch.

The pk3 system has a sensor ring around the lock cylinder these go bad a relearn will not fix this because no security code is being sent to the pass key module.
