I wanna know where is

Sounds like a crank sensor rather than fuel pump. You should check your fuel pressure at the injector rail to get a better idea of the cause.....Mike

I have a 1991 Camaro

When you turn the key to the start position, check to see if you have power at the "s" terminal on the starter. Also, be sure you have power at the larbe terminal that comes from the battery. If you are not getting power to the s terminal, the vats could be the problem, or the neutral safety switch also. If you are getting power to the s terminal on the starter, with the key in the start position, a faulty starter would be indicated.

91 camaro ran out of

Your fuel pump needs constant gasoline flow in order to stay lubricated.

People who often run their gas tanks to low levels force their fuel pumps to work harder, without the necessary oils in the gasoline to lubricate the bilge.

It sounds like you've burnt up your fuel pump.

Go to your local auto parts dealer and pick one up. You might want to consider also adding a fuel filter as well.

Sorry for your trouble and I hope this helps!

Car won't start & security light comes on

If your security light is on, you must have the GM PASSKEY system. There should be a chip in your key (small black with silver center)
Look up on line the Passkey or VATS. One site is http://sethirdgen.org/vats.htm that explains it. I've had this go on me before and it turned out to be that VATS computer. But, it could also be an ignition switch in column, a dirty switch or key.
The chip sends in impulse and if it is wrong it will lock out the fuel and starter.
You can ask any GM dealer over the phone information about it. Your best be is to go to someone who is familar with it and not just guessing. That can do more damage that good.

I replaced the Ignition Switch

You have missed hooking up a wire or hooked up a wire incorrectly.Do your interior lights work or does any thing at all work or is it that it just won't turn over. If it will not turn over it is probably because the factory anti-theft does not recognize the new key coding therefore will not allow the vehicle to start. It will have to be programmed for this vehicles computer. If their is no power at all to anything then you have missed hooking up a wire or hooked it up incorrectly or mistakenly unplugged another wire, Double check that all the wires are correctly plugged in and in the right place, Also check all you fuses sometimes when doing this kind of thing and the battery was not disconnected a wire could have shorted out and blown a fuse check all the fuses in the engine compartment and under the dash.
