Not enough fuel pressure.
Hopefully, it might be a clogged fuel filter, start there... replace it. ($9 AutoZone).
Could also be fuel pump or the fuel pressure valve is stuck open, allowing fuel to drain back to the gas tank (no fuel in line).

A fuse blows when there is too much current drawn thru it. Let's say it is for the radio. If the radio is turned off and the fuse blows immediately then the power wire to the radio has a bare spot somewhere and is touching the metal of the car or the power wire is touching the negative wire. If it blows when you turn it on then the radio has a short inside or a malfunction causing it to draw too much current.Let's say it is for the dome light. If you put the fuse in with the door closed and the dome light is set for DOOR and blows right away then the short is in the wire leading to the door switch or the switch is shorting out, letting + touch the - metal body of the car. The entire body is negative. That is why there is usually only one big thick black wire on the battery for negative. If the fuse blows when the door is opened, then the switch is probably shorting out, or the wires going to the dome light. Generally when the fuse blows when you turn something on, then whatever you are turning on is probably junk, unless it is a stereo that draws too much power for the thickness of the wire, or the stereo is junk.

It sounds like either the blinker switch witch is in the colume or the flasher witch should be in the fuse box under the dash . Does the blinker lite up but not blink ?

I think you should be able to get your hood open if you can get your hand up to it, I think that you can actually trigger the latch at the actual cable connection lever to get it open. Replacing the cable is a piece of cake. Remove the old on inside and remove your latch and disconnect the cable from it just goes in a groove, pull your old on out but attach a long piece of soft wire pull the cable out from inside the car. You may have to help to get it through the fire wall. after you remove it, attach the wire that you pulled through and tie it securely to the new cable, have some one help you and slowly work the cable back through and route it back the same way the old one was, reconnect to our latch and install latch exactly in the same place it was when you removed it, you should be able to tell by where the old bolts had been . Reverse Switch on transaxle

you will need to remove most of if not all of the dash to get to the heater core that is located on the passenger side behind the glove box. the problem is that it's inside the black heater box. some older models have it to where you can open a couple latches and there it is not sure if yours is like that or not thats why i say remove the dash

Ask a local repair shop to find the locationin their data base---ALLDATA,Mitchell or whatever they have & then point out the location.Power Windows usually don't have a relay,just a circiut breaker

check your third brake light. replace bulbs if needed. had same experience. the light in dash went out and cruise control began working!

This is the beginning of a serious transmission issue. The cost of the repair on this model is more than the value of this car. Sell it while it still has value and get another car. The best value in America right now is new base-model Japanese cars. The payments on a new Japanese car will be less than the repair and maintenance costs of any used American car.

could be anything to be honest and without my head under the bonnet i couldnt tell you offhand but a stepper motor is what iam thinking of here but check the vacumn pipes first for a perished end to a pipe
